Finally, after several months of waiting for apple to approve our iPhone application, it happened yesterday.
Using this application, iPhone users will be able to handle the ticket system very easily on the road:
View and manage support tickets, reply with predefined replies and knowledge base entries, change statuses, flag tickets to other staff members and more.
Our
original intention was to release it free of charge to all users but apparently that is against apple policy.. so we had to change that (the
main reason for the release delay) and set the price to $0.99.
Hopefully that won't keep you from downloading :)
