- Related tutorials dropdown bug fixed
- Lookup ticket bug fixed
- Large attachments hangs fixed
- Email fetching improved
- SMTP support added
- “Post as staff note” checkbox moved to main ticket reply screen
- Private messaging display bug fixed
- Ticket statistics now reflect the "waiting for customer" status
- On ticket search - default status changed the "all"
